I have been coming to your store now for years and served by Chris, who was always very helpful. Due to the recent virus I contacted your office and was shown how to order online with A lovely lady, I didn’t get her name. It was easy to order and My products were dispatched promptly . Thank you so much for taking the stress out of a difficult time, and I wish all the staff the very best.

Head Office

Just wanted to say a huge thank you as usually I buy my supplies in store but had to order via the web due to the shops being closed. When I called head office, the gentleman was extremely helpful as to how I could order and less than 24 hours later I’ve just taken delivery. I have been coming to No-Match Penwortham for a few years now and I cannot fault the excellent customer service. Everyone that works there are extremely knowledgeable about the products and know their customers greatly. I have had a few e-cigarettes over the years and decided it was time for a change. I had had the Atom for a very long time which was fantastic and Sam recommended the new Vaporesso and wow this has to be one of the best I have ever had, I absolutely love it and it is very simple to use.
