Great service even better products

Service when ordering on the website is fantastic. My last two orders have taken less than an hour to be shipped from ordering.<br /> The e-liquid flavors I have tried (about 10) have all tasted exactly as described and have never disappointed!<br /> Also nice that there is a rewards system now.

Quality products

Used to use the shop in Oldham regularly until it relocated and found it harder to get to. So glad I can still order online, the whole process is easy as well as quick & efficient.

Coils work fine.

I bought some coils from your shop in Belper today, and would like to say they are absolutely brilliant had no problems with them, bought some on Amazon the exact same and ran out within a day

Best place to go for ecig products.

Hi i would like to leave a review to let others know your shop is the very best place to go for ecig products.<br /> I would like to say what a great customer care the lady i dealt with in the shop has( sorry i didnt catch her name)<br /> Her knowlege is outstanding and all round great to deal with.<br /> No question or explaining about the products is to much hassle for her.<br /> By far the best customer care i have ever come across.

Customer Service

I telephoned about a faulty atomiser, I spoke to Noel he was very helpful and I received a new one the very next day, Excellent service.
