No-Match does not sell products for purchase by persons under the age of 18 or on behalf of persons under the age of 18 years. If it is discovered that you are not legally entitled to order the Products, we will be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
If you falsely declare your age to us you shall be held responsible for all costs, expenses, losses, damage fines and other penalties that we may suffer or incur as a result of your false statement. By ordering Products from this website, you hereby consent to us undertaking a search with CallCredit Ltd (or any other 3rd party age verification service) for the purposes of verifying your identity. To do so CallCredit Ltd (or any other 3rd party age verification service) may check the details you supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise to which they have access). A record of the search will be retained.
No-Match products must be kept out of reach of children and pets.

3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
No-Match warrants that all goods supplied to customers are as described on this website. If goods received are not as described, the purchase price and original delivery cost will be refunded provided the goods are returned to No-Match, 49 Liverpool Rd, Penwortham PR1 9XD and in their originally received condition, within 7 days of receipt.
You agree to read and comply with our Battery Safety Instructions.
LiPo safety bags are provided free of charge with all sales of kits and on the first purchase of a new battery. It is a condition of sale that all batteries must be charged inside the Lipo safety bag. If your bag is lost/damaged in any way please contact us and we will provide a new one FOC.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery & Carriage section for more information. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of goods will not be formed until your order and payment have been approved by us and we have debited your Paypal account.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”. The service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out of date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies. Should we refuse to fulfill any order you have placed, all monies paid would be refunded to you in full.
No-Match will not be held responsible for the failure of the user/customer to provide correct order details. Any subsequent loss will be the responsibility of the user/customer.
Prices for goods offered for sale on this website and for postage are shown in Pounds Sterling, the currency used in the UK. The Universal Currency Converter provides guidance on how prices in Pounds Sterling convert to other currencies but this is guidance only. During the checkout process, Paypal will convert and charge the Pounds Sterling prices in the customer’s own currency. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.
5. Loss, Damage and Cancellations
In the event of goods purchased not being received within 7 days of the date of dispatch, the customer should contact No-Match within a further 3 days, in writing or by e-mail. UK orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Post are not insured in case of loss. Any parcels sent via this method are not the responsibility of No-Match once they have left our warehouse.
If goods received have been damaged in transit, the customer should contact No-Match within 24 hours of receipt, either by telephone or by e-mail, describing the damage and supplying photographic evidence. We ask for photographic evidence of the damage in order to assist in any claim against our couriers.
Orders on this website are covered by the (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014. The Distance Selling Regulations allow a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return goods without reason within this period for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original carriage). Goods returned must be complete, unused, and with the manufacturer’s packaging undamaged. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt will be borne by the customer. To cancel an order under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation the customer should contact No-Match by telephone or email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
Likewise, No-Match reserve the right to refund the customer in full and to cancel the order. Typically, this will apply if the quantity of goods ordered exceed available stock, or if the goods are unlikely to be deliverable to the customer’s delivery address by the delivery services available. Please note, in particular, that delivery is not available to a P.O.Box.
6. Payment Security
We use Paypal to process your payment ensuring the highest level of protection for your transaction.
Complaints are taken seriously by No-Match and we endeavor to make sure that all our customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner.
All complaints must be made to email@example.com where we aim to record and deal with the issue the same day. If this cannot be achieved, then we will deal with the issue the next working day. We will make every effort to ensure that any complaints are resolved within 7 days.
