With recent developments of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to re-assure our customers that we are striving to run our delivery operations as normal, the safety and the well-being of our employees and customers is our main priority. We are following guidelines provided by the Government, working closely with our suppliers and ensuring we collectively do everything possible to provide our usual service at this challenging time. We will continue to follow official guidance from the government and health authorities.

We have implemented stringent measures across No-Match offices and warehouse to reduce risks to our workforce including:
  • Restricted movement between offices / sites.
  • Above and beyond our normal stringent cleaning policies, our cleaning in our offices / production sites has been increased throughout each day to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • All external meetings are now restricted to digital technology where possible.
  • We have contingency plans in place to respond as the situation develops, and we are working every day to meet the changing nature of the impact of the pandemic.
