All orders are dispatched in the UK, normally on the same or next business day of order, providing the item is in stock. Postage and handling costs are dependent on the service chosen.
Although most 'Standard Deliveries' do arrive within a day or two, please allow 3-5 days. This excludes Sundays and Public Holidays.
Cost of UK Standard Delivery is £1.99. Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email from No-Match when your parcel is dispatched.
Orders of £20.00 and over will be delivered by Standard Delivery, free of charge.
Orders of £50 and over will be sent UK Next Working Day Delivery via our courier, free of charge. This will require a signature on delivery unless specific instructions are received on completion of your order.
No-Match also offer a UK Next Working Day Delivery service for orders under £50, via our couriers for a charge of £3.99. For Next Day Delivery, you must place your order before 1pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within two working days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and No-Match cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from No-Match to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Please note that No-Match cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods while in transit to the customer. The responsibility rests with the carrier. However, in the event of the goods not being received within 7 days of the date of dispatch, the customer should contact No-Match within a further 3 working days, in writing or by e-mail. With the help of the courier company involved we will endeavour to locate the goods but this cannot be guaranteed.
If goods received have been damaged in transit, the customer should contact No-Match within 24 hours of receipt, either by telephone, in writing, or by e-mail, describing the damage. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damage to assist in any claim against the courier.
Goods will be sent only to the customer’s specified delivery address. If the customer specifies an incorrect address or postcode, or an inaccessible address, the carrier may be unable to deliver the goods and will return them to a holding depot for a limited period (normally 7 days). The carrier is not required to attempt to re-deliver, but the goods will be available for collection by the customer while they remain at the holding depot. No-Match cannot be responsible for any costs in connection with the recovery of goods that were not delivered due to the customer specifying an incorrect or inaccessible address. Additional delivery instructions can be given by the customer during purchase, via PayPal’s checkout process, and a contact telephone number may be helpful for orders by Express Delivery.
Orders on this website are not covered by the United Kingdom Consumer Protection as our products are of a semi-disposable nature and as such are exempt. Also all products with a value of less than £42 are exempted from the new regulations.
All overseas deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail by either the Tracked or Signed method or by a combination of both depending on the service the Royal Mail provide for a particular country. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery before contacting our Customer Services.

The Distance Selling Regulations allow a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return goods without reason within this period for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original carriage). Goods returned must be complete, unused, and with the manufacturer’s packaging undamaged. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt will be borne by the customer. To cancel an order under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation the customer should contact No-Match in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
